Are you kidding me?
According to French scientist, aside from other known health problems, being overweight can lower your cognitive function.
A five year study at Toulouse University on with 2,223 participants has claimed to find a link between obesity and mental ability. Four tests were given including a selective attention test, a word recall test, a digit-symbol substitution test. According to the initial results, those with a lower body mass index (BMI) performed better on the test. Also, subsequent test showed that those who were overweight showed a decline on the test while those at a healthy weight retained about the same ability. The subjects in these tests ranged from 32 to 62 years of age.
While the implications of these findings might not be as alarming as the health risks associated with being overweight, it certaintly is something to think about. Other factors could possibly be involved, but the social norms of those people who are of an unhealthy weight could certaintly play a role in the test findings. As always, talk with your doctor.

What works for you?
In the realm of wieght loss, the amount of advice out there is staggering. South Beach, low carb, liquid, Adkins, are serveral of the hundreds of diets. How about workout routines? Personal trainer, cardio intensive, plyometrics, aerobics, are just some of the few you can choose from. How about body type? It never ends.
So then what to do? That all depends on you. What motivates you? What seems to work for you? The persons who are going to know best are you and your doctor. Do whatever gets results for you. Some people swear by this and that, but for each success you can find a matching failure. This is a personal journey and you need to listen to what your body tells you.

Where did you go?
Nowhere really. We just temporarily postponed updating this area while we were doing some updates to our suppliers. We will be back on a much more regular basis now. I love you/I hate you - who write this stuff? I the writer, get gobs of money to research and write this stuff. Just kidding. We just thought it might be neat and informative to look at and explore some of the questions that come up a lot. Your mileage may vary.

There is so much information on the Web. Where do I go?
The Internet is a boon to the spread of information. On the flip side, there's a lot of mis-information out there. What is a person to do? Use your
bookmarks folks! Find a site you like and mark it. Many of the major publications such as Forbes, Time, and some familiar newspapers have site
reviews and directories, Best of the Web sections. On the Internet itself there are sites such as E-opinions, messageboards, and communities where users
discuss who they trust. The Internet has made research speedier, why not do a little bit more for peace of mind?
Weight loss is one of those topics that has been done over and over again. You probably want to stick with the major health sites and publications
for information and advice. Search it out in their archives if you need. The government and the FDA has information at your fingertips that you can
go check out. Remember that information from a trusted source, just like ordering products from a trusted site like Urgentmeds.com, will give you
leave you better informed for the sake of your health.

Aside from feeling and looking better, weight loss has many health benefits. Being overweight can cause problems with a person's heart, fatigue, and muscle and joint problems.
The body is not designed to carry overly excessive weight around, not to mention the mental consequences to the disease. Your doctor will know best about a plan to help you get
into shape and lose weight, knowing better than anyone else what you and your body will be able to handle. Fad diets aren't something that will usually help you keep the weight off
nor might they be very good for your metabolism and general health. You want to be able to reduce and control what you eat, but at the same time still get the vitamins and nutrients
necessary for your body to be healthy.
If you are going to decide to lose weight and get fit, do it the right way. Check with your healthcare professional first.

As we have discussed before weight loss is different things to different people. Where then would you go for information? It might seem obvious to some, but it
isn't to everyone. Go see your physician. They know most about your health and might be able to recommend you to a specialist. Weight loss takes dedication, but
it also takes knowledge. Working hard the wrong way is just as liable to not work or even harm you.

Weight loss is many things to many people. Some, just want to lose a couple of pounds here or a couple of pounds there. For others, it is a constant struggle and
something that consumes much of their thinking. Obesity is also a medical problem that effects a large number of people and can cause many health issues.
No wonder there are so many diet fads, magazines, TV shows, talk shows, studies, surgeries, and medicines devoted to this very topic. The amount of information out there
staggers the mind. What is a person to do or think with this overload? The shapely people in the ads make it look oh so easy.
The fact of the matter is that it is different for every person. There are differences based on even gender and genetics. When you read the fine print on products
they add in "with diet and exercise." This is not to say that these drugs and medicines do not work, but if you want faster and more defining changes, maybe you
should go the tried and true route. Notice that the word easy is not in there.
We would encourage you to get informed on what you are taking before you buy and consult your physician or a trainer on a program that is right for you. We thank
you for stopping by and hope you find the information that will be posted here in the future useful. First we will be taking a look at each of the weight loss
medications carried here.
